Now Single use Plastic Banned in India.

India banned manufacture, import, stocking, distribution, sale and use of identified single use plastic items, which have low utility and high littering potential, all across the country from July 1, 2022.

List of Banned items

1. Plastic Sticks
   earbuds, Candy Sticks, Icecream Stick
2. Cutlery Items
   Plastic Plates, Cups, Glasses, Fork, Spoons, Knives, Straws
3. Packaging and wrapping films
   Sweet Box, Invitation Card, Cigarate Box
4. Polystyrene
   Thermocol Plates, Glass
5. Plastic and PVC banners less than 100 micron
   Water Pouches, Plastic Carry Bags, Stirrers
